"Don't Get Fooled by This Scam"
I had a really bad time with this company. They made it super hard to get my subscription canceled, giving me the runaround and charging me before they finally pulled the plug. To top it off, I'm now facing a second charge. They said they would refund both amounts, but I still haven't seen a dime back. This company is downright dishonest, and I urge others to steer clear of their traps. Right now, I'm just waiting to find out if my refund will actually come through this time. Plus, their phone number was totally useless when I first tried to call and cancel, which made me hunt for another one. It feels like they intentionally make it tough for customers to cancel. I strongly suggest you remove your payment details from your account to dodge any more headaches.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They made it incredibly difficult to cancel my subscription, giving me the runaround and charging me before finally canceling. To make matters worse, I am now dealing with a second charge. They promised to refund both charges, but I have yet to see any money returned. This company is extremely dishonest, and I caution others not to fall into their trap. I am currently waiting to see if I will receive my refund this time. Additionally, their phone number was unusable when I first tried to call and cancel, forcing me to find another number. It seems like they purposely make it difficult for customers to cancel. I highly recommend deleting your payment information from your account to avoid any further issues.

"Be careful with PAYPAL: cancel right away or face charges!"
I thought I'd try out the free trial to grab just one report. Sadly, the report was pretty useless. I tried to cancel my subscription right after, but it looked like they wanted me to email them or do something else. In the chaos, I lost track of BeenVerified. As a result, they charged me for the service.

I wasn't able to get any results, possibly 'cause I was searching from outside the USA. My $5 trial is set to run out on Wednesday, and I really don't want to see $27 taken from my bank account without warning. I've shot them two emails, but no reply yet. I saw that the owner and team have been replying to messages here, so could someone just confirm that they've seen my emails from last Wednesday and Sunday?
